The Town and Country did have everything I wanted. They gave me top dollar for my trade and an instant rebate I couldn't refuse. My bank came thru for me and I drove off the lot with a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country with 45 miles on it, 69,005 miles less than I drove in with... If I was still living here the next time I am ready to trade, I would go here again. I'm active duty army so I know I won't be here at that time. Thanks Brandon and the team at Swope! We talked with Brandon Marker over the phone about a 2015 Jeep Wrangler they had advertised, and it was a pleasure to speak with someone who really knew the brand. Based on his knowledge and assistance over the phone, we told him we'd make the 2 1/2 hour drive from the Nashville, TN area to see the Jeep, and he actually had it running and warming up when we arrived...big plus :-) We loved the Jeep, naturally, it was in such premium condition though used. Even though we already had financing arranged, Brandon asked us if we'd like to see if their financing could beat the rates we had pre-arranged, and quite happily they came in almost almost $20/month less(!) Kudos to both Brandon and Scott Skees(?) for making this such a pleasurable buying experience...not to mention the on-site "Cars of Yesteryear Museum" we enjoyed while the car was being prepped to go home. Won't go there again. As soon as I walked in Larry was rude and condescending. Tried to tell me that they didn't make a certain vehicle. Any issue I had was addressed on time in a professional and courteous manner. Recently I purchased a SRT Charger. Brandon Marker, a salesman, walked me through various options and I could tell he was passionate about his products. What was cool about this experience is the fact that this was not the first time I had spoken to him. During previous services on my old car Brandon would strike a conversation about cars on the show room floor even though he knew I was just there for an oil change. I believe he is just genuinely proud of his brand. The conversations where always informative about whatever vehicle was in front of us. That pride, along with the fact he drives his own brand, is why I decided to purchase my vehicle with Swope and will definitely buy there again. More
