Over the top! After years of owning used cars, I finally decided to buy a truck. I have never done this before so it was a real challenge, especially because I am After years of owning used cars, I finally decided to buy a truck. I have never done this before so it was a real challenge, especially because I am not mechanically inclined. So I brought my brother-in-law who runs a 40+ bay garage. We sat down with Ray Santiago, and he listened and we talked and he pulled up truck after truck after truck. We finally went for a long test drive, I mean long test drive. Then the real test began as we looked at different trucks, and styles, and features, and "toys" and the list goes on and on. Ray was patient and just keep pulling them up with no pressure. Then when I thought I had found "the one", it was sold....but not dismayed Ray called and said he found one that had all the same features and colors etc. So today I stopped by signed all the paperwork and am now a proud owner of a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie! Thanks for your patience Ray, and for making the process fun, even the finance guy, Paul was helpful and my friend Gary Shumate. I highly recommend Swope to anyone who is looking to buy a car/truck. new SUV crossover trated in after 3 month End of Feb. 2016, I purchased a 2016 Doge Journey crossover plus. After taking possession of the car, it ride ok. Many problem accrued, but every time I went to the service dep. of the dealership, I was created friendly. Never, was I treated like....oh my gosh, she is back....> everyone especially Greg Ach and the service manager Larry. I did not like the car , because it had flaws, (..bad MPG) I was not willing to live with, for the life of my loan. I decided, to trade it in for a Durango STX AWD. I put myself in this situation. The the car, was not in a shape, like a new car supposed to be. ( like getting a new fuel pump, after 3 weeks installed......and the list goes on.). Chrysler cared less about my problems and my Lady case manager, was very arrogant and rude to me. Larry the service manager came through and got a momentary amount, from a Chrysler Rep. which I am very thankful for. The Durango, is now the 5th vehicle, (including a truck) we are purchasing form the very best Sales Consultant...Mr. Ray Santiago. He is a wonderful person, who gives you the feeling, you are the only one at the dealership, he is working with. He gives you 125% of his attention and goes above and beyond to get you, what you like/wish list/price and what is available. He has always a good word for you and a smile. I have bought cars before, but never encountered, a awesome sales person like Ray before. My husband and I consider him as a friend. He is not just in to make quota,......but also to be there for the customer. I will not consider a different dealership for my needs. Also, Mr. Ray Santiago, will be "our" "Go to Person for good. I am sharing my experience with this Dealership now, as well as I did in the past. The help and encouragement, I received from the GM, service manager as well as Finance manger. was absolutely excellent. They helped me through, and taking paperwork of my hands. This Dealership got 5 Stars from me...well deserved. More
