He was patient and thorough and explained the issues with my car clearly and comprehensibly for lay person with some 'experience with cars' as I have mechanics in the family. He was also patient with me after I called back 3x in a row with 'another question' and his expertise as a tech at a previous job made me feel like I hit the jackpot having him as my service advisor. Don't lose this one Honda! He's an asset to your company, and you have a loyal customer so long as staff like Angel are in your employ. More
