I did purchase a vehicle from swickard honda on 2/27/25. The vehicle is nice, that is why they get a couple stars. Unfortunately, they were not transparent with there pricing. Repeatedly said "no" to the northwest 360 shield protection warranty. Than was told that this option was already on the vehicle and that I would have to pay additional for it (apparently it comes on ALL of there cars). They came back with "the best we can do is x amount off the warranty" to be out the door. The first bullet of the 360 shield contract states that it is optional. They took me for an extra $1000 for something that I made CLEAR I did NOT want. This really could have been a positive experience but it wasn't. I will not be back. More

Olivia Rozema at the service desk took excellent care of me and my car. My appointment made through the 800 number got screwed up, but Olivia and her supervisor sorted it out quickly. My shuttle driver turned out to be the customer service manager (I could be remembering his title incorrectly), Craig York. Had a nice chat with him on the drive home about Honda and his many years of experience working in a competitors dealership. He spoke very highly of Swickard. All the of the people I worked with were extremely positive and the type of people it just feels good to be around. I could not possibly recommend this dealership any higher, my experience was 10/10. More

Service dept. is always exceptional. Whatever I bring my car in for, maintenance check, oil change, recall, etc., they've always been good at scheduling and done g is always exceptional. Once again I received exceptional service from Swickard Honda. I had a warning light that came on and I came in to have it looked at.
