My company car was purchased here in Nov. 2023. I have taken my car here for all the maintenance and recalls. For the most part the service had been fine. My last service this past week was 2023. I have taken my car here for all the maintenance and recalls. For the most part the service had been fine. My last service this past week was exceptional because of Angel my service technician. He took pictures of the vehicle and asked me questions. Noted the my service was covered with my service plan. I questioned this because the last 2 service visits I was charged. He researched if for me and found discrepancies in the billing and was able to get me credit on items I was charged that was covered on my maintenance plan and got an oil change added for when my plan expires since I was incorrectly charged. I made a point to let the service manager know that Angel went over and above. Ask for Angel! He will take great care of you😊 More
