I was planni I paid a visit to the Service Dept. for a Recall (airbag). I arrived on time and was told the scheduler notes I was”dropping off” my car. I was planning to wait. A drop off takes 3 hours; wait schedule for 1 hour. I had budgeted only an hour, so I opted to return a couple of days later. The “1 hour wait” visit took 2 hours, but I was prepared by having brought in my work laptop. The waiting area is comfortable and complete with TV and WiFi. Service was great. I like that a full safety check is done and a written report given. They wash and vac your auto too. I recommend. More

Nicest people… Poor service from the Tech side. Was immediately impressed with the exceptional friendliness of the sign-in service staff. Once I left the dealership the communication with my service person became very spotty and did not happen in the timeframe I was told. Turned out I had to leave my car overnight - the story was that the tech was pulled off my job to do another more important job. When I picked up the car and received the service sheet, I was at first impressed but then realize the checkmarks said my windshield wiper washer fluid was full… But it wasn’t - it was empty. Makes me wonder how I can trust the rest of the information if the tech didn’t really do the job well. Two stars and a recommendation because the staff was so nice upfront but minus 3 stars because I have little confidence in the service tech oversight. More

Had to wait a week and a half to get my pay out check from my old vehicle from the day I test drove with him! He was very knowledgeable with the car I bought and helped me set up a few thing with my car. I got the best price on line and did the pre approval so by time a came in George had everything ready to go, fast and easy! More

Deceptive financial Our sales guy was great. The financing seemed good at first..... not so. We had said NO to all extra extended warranties and, a new one for me, thef Our sales guy was great. The financing seemed good at first..... not so. We had said NO to all extra extended warranties and, a new one for me, theft protection for $399. I said no, then by some miracle they found a lower interest rate....thanks, and next thing I knew the theft protection was back on the table. He said, I was basically getting the protection free because of the lower interest rate..... I should not have been so slow to figure this out. By the next morning, I woke up realizing I was still giving the dealership $399 for something I did not want. Now they told me it was non-refundable.... a whole 10 hours later. I asked to be contact by email from management. No contact. I tried to contact two other managers, including the CEO. It has been almost a week and still have not received an email from management. "Buyer beware" if you decide to take the low ball price from Swickard. More
