Service I took my car if for warranty work, and oil change. I told them that on the phone and in person. I was told it would take half a day. Brought it in at 9:00am, and called at 3 to see if it was ready. I was put into voicemail, I called back and was again put into voicemail. I called again, and was give Jane. She did not know if my car was ready, I told her never mind I would come in. All of that took 30 to 45 minutes. I walked in, no one around to help me. Employees walking around, I was ignored. Finally a gentleman asked to help me, I told him I was looking to see if my car was ready. He went to look, after a bit he came back and said. While they were washing your car the shift button popped off and since it is a warranty issue they are fixing it. Yikes, I told him I brought it in for that, and the oil change. I told them not to wash the car because they do a horrible job. And again the back of the car and back window were not washed. When you walk into service no one acknowledges you standing there. Service is horrible, and get a live person on the phone. If the button hadn't fallen off on then it wouldn't have been fixed. Took over an hour to get the car. He did comp the oil change which was nice however I would prefer to pay for it and have good service. More

Unhappy with Purchase of Used Car The salesman who sold me the car told me that the past owner had put on new tires. I was just advised that the original tires are still on the car and that they need to be replaced. I was also overcharged for the car and basically given nothing for my trade-in. I of course realize this is my fault for not being more aware of what was going on. I personally would not go back to that dealer now, as I don't trust them at all. I bought a used 2013 Chev Cruise.
