I emailed in the day before about the certified Honda I was interested in and was replied to very quickly when I had some questions. Shawn was helping me out and he was super friendly and helpful. He even came in on his day off when I wanted to come check the car out the next day and had it all ready for me when I arrived. He and Momo helped me with all the paperwork and got me in and out in a very timely manner! I drove my new (to me) car home that same night and was more than pleased with my purchase! Everyone at the dealership was so sweet and nobody was pushing me to make any decisions. Shawn even helped me with connecting my phone before I left and showed me some other features to be aware of. It was great. A+ teamwork and service here, I left a very happy customer. :) More

Disappointing experience After 12 years of using this dealership I find that loyal repeat customers are not valued. I have been fastidious about servicing my car regularly and After 12 years of using this dealership I find that loyal repeat customers are not valued. I have been fastidious about servicing my car regularly and with 200,000 miles she still runs great. I brought the carbon for AC repair. The service rep called me in about an hour with the diagnosis and didn’t even know my name. I authorized the repair at 12:30ish and was told it would be about 3 to 3.5 hours. At 4:30 I had not heard so called and was told my service rep was the person to talk to so was forwarded to her voice mail. I waited another half hour and called back and was once again forwarded to service rep vm. I decided to get a friend to drive me to the dealership so I could check in person. The service manager barely acknowledged me and wandered off to chat with another service rep. After about 6 minutes I interrupt them to see if my car is indeed completed Soni can let my ride go. It seems it is done they are trying to figure out the paperwork so I can pay & leave. It turns out my rep left at 2 and no one would have ever called me back that day. They finally figured out the paperwork and let me pay (I had an electronic receipt before I reached my car). I had to ask if the standard systems check had been done more scurrying and yes it has and they printed a copy. I arrived at my car and noticed it hadn’t been washed as promised. I responded to an inquiry about my experience which I shared. The General Manager contacted me immediately and said he would follow-up. I have not heard back from him nor his staff. I am getting my rear struts and an alignment tomorrow at my new service provider who knows my name and appreciates my business/$. I will not be buying my next car at this dealer. More

Unexpectedly Pleasant! Been looking for a CR-V for a couple of months, went through Costco. Swickard gave me a fair value on my trade in, almost exactly what I estimated from Kelly Bluebook. I expected a fight, so it was great not to have one. More

Poor customer service, staff was rude and inconsiderate Staff showed little consideration of my time. I received a recall noticed, scheduled appointment and after dropping the car off, was told that they di Staff showed little consideration of my time. I received a recall noticed, scheduled appointment and after dropping the car off, was told that they didnt have the part and would take an extra day to get my car back. When I arrived, there were multiple people standing around not helping customers and it was clear that they were fighting amongst themselves. Had to call multiple time to get updates and staff seemed to be annoyed I wanted to know where my car was. There was a huge lack of communication with service reps. I will not bring my car back for service or ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I wouldn’t want to hassle the service department. They obviously had more important things to do. Extremely disappointed. More
