1st time VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I live in Colorado, saw an add for a GMC TERRAIN. Notified them of interest. Tried to fly out there but due the inclement weather was not able to. I n I live in Colorado, saw an add for a GMC TERRAIN. Notified them of interest. Tried to fly out there but due the inclement weather was not able to. I notified them I would be there the following weekend and they replied with “See you soon”. That Friday they sold the car with no prior notification or courtesy follow up or an offer to put $ down to hold. And all I keep getting are emails from them saying “Sorry we missed your Business” Will never deal with them again. But I do recommend GMC Buick of Beaverton. More

Was told by 3 people there would be a warranty and when the time comes there is no warranty. Took them 4 tries to get the price right. It’s not that hard to get it right. Avoid this dealership they will waste your time. Ben Doan was an awesome salesman during the test drive but once I got in the building the other folks were shysters. Don’t let them tell you they can beat your loan rate because they probably can’t and they willpower your credit score for no reason. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. I HAD PREAPPROVAL LETTER! More
