The financing seemed good at first..... not so. We had said NO to all extra extended warranties and, a new one for me, theft protection for $399. I said no, then by some miracle they found a lower interest rate....thanks, and next thing I knew the theft protection was back on the table. He said, I was basically getting the protection free because of the lower interest rate..... I should not have been so slow to figure this out. By the next morning, I woke up realizing I was still giving the dealership $399 for something I did not want. Now they told me it was non-refundable.... a whole 10 hours later. I asked to be contact by email from management. No contact. I tried to contact two other managers, including the CEO. It has been almost a week and still have not received an email from management. "Buyer beware" if you decide to take the low ball price from Swickard. More

Simple service Made on appointment online via the website last week for an oil/filter change and rotate tires. My appointment was at 12:00. Figured since it appeared to be a relatively show day my service might take an hour or so. At 1:00 I went to the service area, could see my car was done but no service advisors around to ask. At 1:30 finally flagged someone down and told them I'd like to pay and leave - the guy I was working with was still nowhere to be found - maybe at lunch?? Kind of poor service to leave - I did let them know I would be waiting for the car in the dealership so they knew I was around. If this was the 1st time maybe I wouldn't say anything but same thing happened last time I came in for oil change. More

Almost great I went in for an airbag recall servce. Everyone was very friendly. I was in and out quickly with a complementary loaner car.
