No one wore a mask. I am 72. I wore a mask. If they don’t have the same concern for my safety that I have for theirs, I can find another dealership that will. I did not feel comfortable entering the reception office because not one person was wearing a face mask. Only when I ask did the person (Scott) put on a mask. Poor experience. It took 3 hours to buy a car for cash. The finance manager was rude. dismissive. and provided inaccurate information. He also refused to provide his name. I would not go here again. The sale of my car was great until the addition of extended warranty was brought up. He made it seem like such a great deal, but made the final cost much more than what it was. Dillon Potter was wonderful. My wife and I were both very impressed with this fine young man. Dillon's positive attitude and obvious talent for problem solving coupled with his God given people skills made u impressed with this fine young man. Dillon's positive attitude and obvious talent for problem solving coupled with his God given people skills made us feel like it was a pleasure to him to be of service to us. There were a few bumps along the way (our oversight not Dillon's) and Dillon never made us feel uncomfortable or uneasy, in fact he has an uncanny ability to put people at ease. I was also Impressed with Darrel and my wife commented to me how she was impressed with Darrel too. Overall Swickard Honda turned what we were dreading into a pleasant experience. More
