It was a great experience working with Andrew during this 5-hour new car purchase ordeal. We traded in our 2015 Accord EX V6 with under 45K miles in immaculate condition. Dealership low balled us at $9K for this trade to begin with, even though KBB trade in value mid-point was over $15K. I came very close to walking out when dealing with the GM on the trade-in price. However, we had invested so much time up to that point, that I settled for $12K at the urging of my wife. I would recommend getting the trade-in price up front during the first few minutes at the dealership, or selling my next trade outright before even visiting the dealership. We chose this dealership only because they were part of the Costco Auto purchase program. Sales person Andrew Grimes was the best part of this new car transaction--his friendly demeanor and helpful knowledge were greatly appreciated. My wife and I have owned Honda cars for over 30-years. I drive a 2018 CRV EX-L AWD and am very happy with it. When Andrew reviewed the features on the 2025 CRV EX-L AWD being purchased for my wife, I even learned about features on my car that I had not used before.
