When Honda shut down their manufacturing due to COVID-19, I had an ABS modulator needing a replacement (under warranty). They gave me a complimentary rental car for as long as possible, When Brad Mugg, the Managing Partner, sees me, he always makes it a point to come over and say hello and ask if everything’s alright. If I have a question or concern, they’re on it. They’re very communicative and seem to have a collaborative team. The past 2 times I e been there, they’ve diagnosed an issue and didn’t charge me. That’s crazy! I went out and bought 2 dozen donuts for them. So grateful. More
