The sales department took a lot longer than needed to. We did get a good price on the car that we eventually bought but the department where you do your paperwork was very unprofessional. Alyssa, my salesperson, took me out for several pleasant, low-pressure test drives. She encouraged me try out my possible new Honda out on small streets/hills/bumpy roads as well as cruising up to freeway s low-pressure test drives.
