Had a great experience buying a car from Brian at Swickard Honda. Although the dealership was extremely busy, Brian took all the necessary time I needed to make the right choice. He was patient with me as I test drove a couple of vehicles. Was mindful of my finances, and wanted to make sure that my payment obligations would be a good fit for me and my family. I appreciated his experience and knowledge about the whole process, and the vehicle I ultimately purchased (a used 2015 Ford Flex). He helped us with making sure everything was perfect with the car, and made sure my wife was relaxed and happy with the vehicle. (BTW - she loves it and has had a permanent smile on her face) Swickard Honda as a whole, was fantastic to work with. From Brian and the staff greeting me, to the finance dept, to me driving off the lot, I never once felt pressured, or forced, to do anything I was uncomfortable with. They took care of me throughout the entire time, and I actually felt relaxed, at peace, and excited about my purchase. Thank you Brian, and the entire staff at Swickard Honda!! More

Initially we first spoke to Kaila Avila(Coordinator) who was very friendly and she was able to educate us on the different trim levels of the Honda Pilot and provide information on their inventory. She then was very friendly and she was able to educate us on the different trim levels of the Honda Pilot and provide information on their inventory. She then set up an appointment for us with Nan Velasquez(Sales) whom we met with later. Nan gave us a tour of the dealership and showed us all of the different models of the Pilot. She gave us great customer service and helped us find the the exact car we wanted! She was great and I would recommend her to anyone! More

I had an overall positive experience with Swickard Honda. The car I wanted was available and the sales person was very helpful and friendly. My only complaints were that the price quoted online didn't include the upgrades and the financing process at the dealership wasn't completely transparent. And although the finance person was nice enough, I didn't like the interaction with respect to the pressure to purchase warranties and some push back when we opted not to do so. More
