I bought a used car that was not ready for me to drive off the lot, when I looked at the car, a sales manager came over to talk to us and assured me that if I purchased the car they would have it ready fo off the lot, when I looked at the car, a sales manager came over to talk to us and assured me that if I purchased the car they would have it ready for me in a week. I bought the car thinking I would then be able to pick it up sometime next week. I got an update from the sales person a few days later saying it wouldn’t be ready till a little later than expected. I was okay with it, as it was still around a week and a half, then the weekend when I was supposed to pick it up, I was told there was a delay and they’d update me soon, I was expecting a follow up maybe with a new expected date, but no one followed up, I needed the car by the end of the second week after I purchased it, because I was trying to sell my current car. I spent 4 days trying to get a hold of someone to give me information because my sales rep wasn’t answering my calls or emails. I gave up because no one at the dealership was helping me, and then my sales rep finally reached out to tell me they had finally gotten the parts needed and the car was being worked on, this was by the day I needed to have the car because I was selling my old one. 5 days after that I reached out to my sales rep to see if there have been any updates on when the car will be ready, and I did not hear back from her, so I reached out to a General Sales Manager and they too did not reply to my request to get update on the vehicle. It’s been almost FOUR WEEKS since I purchased a car that I was told would be ready in a week and I still don’t have it. If I would’ve known it was going to take this long I wouldn’t have purchased the car here. While Everyone treated me well when I was there to purchase the car, the customer service I’ve been getting while I am waiting for my car has been horrible, no answers, no follow up, no consideration for the fact that I was trying to sell my car. I obviously am not expecting the car to be ready as soon as I call them, but the lack of consideration to give me updates or return my calls/emails so that I can make arrangements really left me with a bad experience at this dealership. Also I chose to write this review after attempting to contact a general sales manager and receiving no follow up. More
We had visited a variety of dealerships and one other Honda. It was because of Brian’s no pressure, relaxed attitude, & less chatty ness than others he worked well for us. Horrible experience. So far, it has taken seven trips to the dealership and six weeks to buy this xxxxxx car. Three of those trips were for financing. My FICO score is 849, I have cash to put money down, an the dealership and six weeks to buy this xxxxxx car. Three of those trips were for financing. My FICO score is 849, I have cash to put money down, and I net 15x the amount of the car payment each and every month as evidenced by my W-2s and paystubs from the stable job I have. It really should not be this difficult for them to take my money. And I don’t yet have title in hand, so who knows? They may still call for another signature they need or a DEQ screening they forgot to do. Every step of this process has been unnecessarily complicated and disorganized. None of the employees seem to communicate with each other at all. You are required to make an appointment each time you come in, but they don’t ever have anything ready when you get there. They’ll tell you you’re next in line to meet with whomever you’re there to see, even if there are several people ahead of you. They respond to pretty much all inquires with, “I’ll see what I can do for you,” which is their way of not answering you at all. It just could not be more clear how little regard they have for their customers or their time. I cannot adequately express just how unimpressed I have been with this whole ordeal. I would give negative stars if I could. I am a professional whose clients pay tens of thousands of dollars for my services. (About what it costs to buy a car!) I would never even consider treating any of them with such little respect. Save yourself a lot of time and stress by shopping elsewhere. More

This was an excellent experience leasing trading in my old lease on a new lease! Omar was wonderful to work with and made this the easiest transaction with no stress!
