I purchased a $35k vehicle and realized when I got home the tires didn't fit the wheel wells. I noticed this as i was reversing and turning out of a parking space. I went back the next day and they told me the tires didn't fit the wheel wells. I noticed this as i was reversing and turning out of a parking space. I went back the next day and they told me to cut my wheel wells. Then they said they would “make it right” and didn’t call me back for two days. I had left the vehicle there for them to decide what to do. I called each day until i finally received a call back. They said again they would “make it right” and said they would get new rims and tired to fit the wells. A week later i go to pick up the vehicle and they had given me take offs from another vehicle and the tires had screws and nails in them. They said they were new and that they only have new ones in the parts department and that they must have gotten those screws and nails in the service center. They also tried to sell me many warranties which i said no to. But they made me purchase a dent and ding package saying that was a dealer required warranty. This cost $399. I find out later that they had lied and you do not have to purchase these things at all. I will never purchase a vehicle at this dealership again sadly. More

And my husband was called to work and was unable to accompany me to purchase the car. George took the time to answer all of my questions and show me all of the options! He even helped me set up my insurance! I have some disabilities so all of his help was so appreciated! He was very patient and kind! Thank you More
Not the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer but, far from the best. They had a decent price on a car which is hard to find right now but, they refused to give a reasonable price for my trade-in beca far from the best. They had a decent price on a car which is hard to find right now but, they refused to give a reasonable price for my trade-in because they didn't have enough in their car anymore. They were the lowest trade-in price I have seen on my car and wouldn't budge. Mind you, they set their price and still tried to charge me more than their website said(by $2K) when they brought out the "deal". I don't think I will go back and I am glad that I didn't buy based on all of these negative reviews about them with no responses from the dealership. More
Bought a used 2017 BMW M240i a couple weeks ago from Swickard Honda. Let's just bullet point this for easier reading. Things wrong with the car discovered so far: - The horn doesn't work (big safety issue) - The + paddle shifter doesn't work - The A/C doesn't work (just discovered this yesterday on our first 70+ degree day) - There are two large chips in the windshield that I didn't notice because it was raining. When I go back and look at the pics from the dealership, you can see them when the car is dry. How is it that Swickard, according to the sales person, "completed a through inspection on the car" (I believe I heard 150 point inspection) and NONE of these problems were discovered? - During the negotiations, I was told they, "essentially won't sell the car with a scratch and dent policy of $300" only to find out later that was a lie. - Was told to fill out an application online in advance to make the process faster, but they didn't start on the application until I was there, so I waited for 5 hours until I was able to leave. Okay, fine, standard dealership problems. No surprises. Arrival at 3:40pm, left with the car at 8:20pm. Be prepared for a long wait. Additionally, I was told by one of the sales guys (I think it was Daniel), that there wasn't a second key fob for the car, but I could, "just go into Amazon, buy a fob for $25, and get it programmed for like $50". That's a lie as well. I found out later BMW won't program non-factory remotes. I found this out FROM THE MANAGER WHO CALLED ME BACK FROM SWICKARD when I called to discuss my findings. He apologized for being forced to buy the scratch and dent policy and for the misinformation about the after-market key fob. Of course he didn't offer to make it right by paying for a second fob, so we'll have to spend the $300+ to get that. Did I also mention I found personal paperwork from the prior owner in the glovebox, including the prior owners Savings Bond and a menu from a restaurant in Arizona? How is it the car was inspected and cleaned out, but this wasn't found either? It's almost like they got the car in, vacuumed it, washed it and threw it online. I'm fuming. If you're buying used from these guys, buyer beware. What a disappointment. More
The service department did not fix our Honda properly the first time, we had to bring it back to get it fixed properly, no one would call us for 2 weeks, we had to keep calling ourselves and twice we were hu first time, we had to bring it back to get it fixed properly, no one would call us for 2 weeks, we had to keep calling ourselves and twice we were hung up on. After a month of getting the run around and excuses we finally got our car back and even then we couldn’t get a straight answer as to why it wasn’t repaired properly the first time. The first time we took the vehicle in we were told that we were only being charged for the part not the service time it took to fix it, when we went to get it they tried to charge us, we will never go back there, ever! We will never recommend them either, matter of fact we will go out of our way to warn people about the horrific service and customer service we received. More
I was looking for a 2022 Civic Sport and stopped off at Swickard Honda to see in person the look of the vehicle. Andrew Grimes helped me, discussing engine differences, with other models, features that I asked about, and introduced me to other features i wasn't aware of. (Yes, this is his job, but you can tell when individuals, like Andrew, truly enjoy helping people. ) From the very moment Andrew started assisting us, my daughter and I were impressed. Andrew's professionalism, interest in helping us, whether we bought that car, or not, he made himself available. He has a great sense of humor and is a genuine individual. The car buying process was smooth and I wouldn't have expected him to be so accessible. Even before purchasing the vehicle, when i had questions, i could text him and soon after he replied. Absolutely no pressure through the entire process, just big smiles. If you are considering a new Honda, or even a used vehicle, walk in and ask for Andrew Grimes. Allow his knowledge and customer focus to help you in buying your next vehicle. Within a few minutes of meeting him, you will see what i experienced. Thank you Andrew. Martin Lund More

Another unsatisfied customer, here. I traded for a truck a couple weeks ago. The salesman brought me an offer of more than $24,000 trade-in for my car, toward the purchase of a vehicle advertised at $40,000 a couple weeks ago. The salesman brought me an offer of more than $24,000 trade-in for my car, toward the purchase of a vehicle advertised at $40,000. I purchased a service agreement for $1500, also. After the 22 year old "Finance Manager" put the deal together, I signed on a tablet. Nothing was done on paper. I was given a thumb drive and left in the truck. The Payment documents just arrived in the mail. When I opened them, I discovered the principal amount owed to be $24,000! So, I pulled out the thumb drive and looked at my documents. It seems they allowed me $23,000 for my trade (which was paid-off) and raised the sale price of the vehicle by $2000! Also, the service agreement was uphold to the top-tier, so I'm actually paying $4000 for it! I'm getting screwed out of more than $7000 because I took them at their word and my kids wanted to leave the dealership due to the ridiculous amount of time they were making me wait for the "finance manager" to draw documents, so I just scrolled and signed the tablet. If all that isn't bad enough, the passenger-side door has a leaky seal. The truck has low mileage, so I called the warranty company and they don't cover door or window seals. Of course. Bunch of scammers running that dealership! Stay away from Billy! That guy is a very friendly con man. More
