Bought a car from them, during the test drive we saw that the sunroof didn’t open and was jammed, we said well we like it but this needs to be fixed. The sales woman said that they would take care of it. Once we signed outlet paperwork they said they cannot fix it for free and I would have to pay for it. I put $4000 down on the car and they said it would be too costly for them to fix. 😡 So we left upset and discouraged that we trusted Swickard Honda with our purchase. We get in and start the Car and the left rear tire is flat. They said their service department wasn’t open and there is nothing they can do. THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! More

We made an appointment to get a recall fixed. Drove 2cars 16 miles just to be told they were over booked & couldn’t get to our car today, so had to make another appointment. Very unprofessional.
