Angel Figueroa, the service agent who took care of me recently, was excellent! Very professional, efficient and helpful. He kept me informed throughout the repair process. My Honda CR-V had a dashboa recently, was excellent! Very professional, efficient and helpful. He kept me informed throughout the repair process. My Honda CR-V had a dashboard meltdown with every warning light flashing and cycling through continuously. I made an appointment online for first thing the next morning. Upon arrival I let Angel know I would need to wait for the repair. He got the service team right on it to diagnose the issue. It was determined that the fuel injectors were causing the warning lights to go off and would need to be replaced, but the repair could not be completed until the following day. I expressed concern because my husband was out of town and I had no means to get back home or return to pick it up the the following day. Angel arranged for the shuttle car to take me home and to come back to pick me up the following day to pick my car up, even though it was well outside their normal shuttle radius. My car was repaired as promised, and because we had purchased supplemental warranty coverage when we purchased the car, the repair was covered! Additionally, they noticed an issue with the air conditioner which they also repaired under the supplemental coverage, and because I was scheduled to travel to Eastern Oregon the following day they checked the car over thoroughly for road worthiness such as tire condition/pressure, fluids, etc. I would also like to add that both drivers who shuttled me to and from were very professional and personable.
