The dealer posts deceptive and fraudulent prices on their website. I found a certified used Accord on their website that I wanted to purchase for the price they advertised it for. I do not live near any car dealerships, so online research is how I find vehicles and work through purchase processes prior to planning the trip to pick them up. However, upon starting the purchase process by applying and getting approved for financing through Honda, I was then informed by the Sales Manager of an additional hidden $1,595 "recommended" charge that was actually not optional and was non-negotiable. This was clearly a dishonest advertising approach and was extremely frustrating. I was also told that there was no way for me to complete the purchse process without going to the dealership in person. If a similar vehicle would have been available anywhere else, I would have gone elsewhere - however, it wasn't. So, after I was able to contact the General Manager a couple days later, and he was willing to negotiate the additional undisclosed charge (not remove), I arranged with the dealership to hold the car for a few hours so that I could complete the 3 1/2 hour one-way drive to complete the purchase and pick up the vehicle. It was over 100 degrees outside on the day I came to pick up the vehicle. The dealership drug out the purchase process to 3 1/2 hours for me after I arrived at the pre-arranged time; there were even people who arrived after me that were able to complete their purchse process before me. Also during this time, the Sales Manger had agreed to sell me all weather mats for the regular price on Honda DreamShop ($189), instead of the dealer inflated price of $200.32 - however, he then tried to charge me $248.50 for them on the final paperwork. The sales person was the only person I worked with who made me feel valued as a customer. So if you do end up at Swickard Honda for some reason, then I wholeheartedly recommend working with Stephen. And while you are there, be sure to self-medicate with the complimentary drinks and snacks. In summary, Swickard Honda is a dishonest dealership that will attempt to deceive and coerce you with additional hidden charges that are not reflected in their advertized sales prices for vehicles, or consistent with verbal statements made to you, so watch out, and go elsewhere if you can. If you do go, then be sure to set aside an entire day for the process. More
Was greeted as soon as I entered the service bay with my vehicle and lately and put at ease. I called back a week a later and explained how confused I was and she suggested we meet rigth away and she could help me. My service advisor was so helpful and expained everyting to me in detail. No jargon or fast talking. Slow and helped me decide how best to proceed with an expiring warranty that was extended by Honda. She even asked the service manager to take a ride with me and he listened and understood my concerns immediately. He did not try to push my concerns aside or try to up-sell me on anything. I will ask for her in the future and want to thank you for all her help. More

I had (as always) a great experience at Swickard Honda. I arrived early for my service appointment and was quickly checked in.
