I haven’t had the opportunity yet to use their service department yet so all I’m able to do is review my experience with the Sales and Finance departments. I went through the Costco Auto Program, which ho department yet so all I’m able to do is review my experience with the Sales and Finance departments. I went through the Costco Auto Program, which hooked me up with a sales person by the name of Zach Potts. He is by far the best sales person I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Knowledge, but not a pressure dales person, which I greatly appreciated. I will be using him in the very near future for another family member. As far as the finance person…meh. However, Zach made it easier to bear. Great young man! More
