I haven’t had the opportunity yet to use their service department yet so all I’m able to do is review my experience with the Sales and Finance departments. I went through the Costco Auto Program, which hooked me up with a sales person by the name of Zach Potts. He is by far the best sales person I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Knowledge, but not a pressure dales person, which I greatly appreciated. I will be using him in the very near future for another family member. As far as the finance person…meh. However, Zach made it easier to bear. Great young man! More

My scheduled service appointment was for an A12 service. Only had oil change which took longer because of a back up. Only oil change done. I asked for 2 screws to be replaced on engine air filter housing. B Only had oil change which took longer because of a back up. Only oil change done.
