Excellent service I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and the folks at the dealership were on it right away. They estimated about an hour and half, so I had I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and the folks at the dealership were on it right away. They estimated about an hour and half, so I had my son follow me to the dealership and take me home, but they were actually done in about 30 minutes. When Richard to called me to say the car was ready, he went over recommendations and told me what the cost would be. I asked that they go ahead with the recommended service. When the car was ready, I asked for a shuttle to come pick me up. When Richard saw the shuttle driver come back to the dealership without picking me up, he drove his own car over to get me. Excellent customer service. More

Corvette In-Warranty Service Took in new Corvette for warranty oil change service. Noticed oil drops on garage floor when I got home. Took it back and they said oil drain plug h Took in new Corvette for warranty oil change service. Noticed oil drops on garage floor when I got home. Took it back and they said oil drain plug had not been tightened (really?!) and/or cross threaded. No more oil drops. Was concerned they would count that "fix" as another warranty service of which I only get 3 in the first 2 years. Had service writer put an explanation on the invoice. Took it back recently for next in-warranty oil change and they agreed it would be counted as the 2nd of three. So, I have one more oil change within the warranty period this year and, so far, no more oil drops. So, good overall dealership, but you need to watch what's going on (same as at all dealerships). Service Writer, Rich, did a very good job of working with me and keeping me apprised of status. More
