Great Service! I couldn't have gotten my car dropped off and on it's way to a scheduled service any faster unless I ran! Lamarr may be new there but he was ready for me when I came by and had me back out the door in record time. He was also ready for me with specific answers to my questions and service status when it came time to pick my car back up at the end of the day. More

They go above and beyond expectations Both Frankie and Shawn went out of their way to help get me in not only the car I wanted, but what I could do. There was no over selling or typical games that you would expect at a dealership. From the moment I called in to inquire about the car, to the moment I walked in the door, everyone was so friendly and wanted to make you feel comfortable to see what they could do to meet your needs. Frankie even took extra time to show me the ins and outs of the car. Shawn, just today, remembered me by name days later, and is looking into a couple questions I have on my new "used" car. I don't believe he needs to do that, but I think that is what makes a great business, and happy customers. Thank you Frankie and Shawn! More

This is a great dealership and "women friendly" too. I appreciated my experience at Silver Star because our sales professional (Eugene) was very down to earth, honest, and was able to work with me as an I appreciated my experience at Silver Star because our sales professional (Eugene) was very down to earth, honest, and was able to work with me as an equal. I was able to test the vehicle, discuss the specifics that I wanted, and hear the pricing details without and games or sales pitch etc. The crew did a good job on delivery and even put a big bow on the car (it was my birthday present). The only dismay I have had is that the charging and electric information was communicated wrong and this has led to some distrust of my purchase. Because this all electric car is a definite culture shock for all who purchase the information that is provided about how to power it should be accurate. I feel like I was lied to. PS, in addition to Eugene I really liked working with Lou!! THANKS!!! More
