Smooth Transaction My Silverado needed some planned maintenance. The service agents that I have worked with in the past have both recently retired. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We spoke on the phone the day before so she new exactly what I needed and when I showed up for my appointment she was ready to get me checked in and on my way within minutes. She promised the work to be done the same day and she delivered on her promise. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle she had everything in order and I was on my way home within minutes. Clean. Friendly and Accomodating!!! Bought my CPO Silverado 1 1/2 year ago from Silverstar. Took it to Rydell which was closer to me for service. Completely un-satisfactory. They could n Bought my CPO Silverado 1 1/2 year ago from Silverstar. Took it to Rydell which was closer to me for service. Completely un-satisfactory. They could not even find me in their system after servicing. Had to go back to Silverstar even though it is 20 miles out of my way. More
