Not recommended Bought a used car from this place and told them we couldn't be there all day. We drove 4 hours and signed papers only to find out they slipped in a 35 Bought a used car from this place and told them we couldn't be there all day. We drove 4 hours and signed papers only to find out they slipped in a 3500 dollar extended warranty we didnt ask for. We have called and called only to get no response. Finally after about 6 calls we get the warranty removed. Now we are dealing with the bank not recognizing the new contract. We can't get a call back from anybody here along with the general manager. The general manager was sent an email with no response. Im guessing this is a common practice at this dealership!! Would definitely not recommend this place to anybody. More

No Customer Service, Service Consultants Lace Integrity Had issues with car and dealer did not return calls or emails. After having car less than 2 months, engine light and other lights came on. First tol Had issues with car and dealer did not return calls or emails. After having car less than 2 months, engine light and other lights came on. First told nothing wrong. The car would not accelerate. Took car back they replaced the accelerator. Picked it up and next day lights back on, returned the car. Car kept a total of 15 days. Service at the Chicago location were blundering error after error of dropping the ball. More

Great Service! I found a vehicle online and set up an appointment to test drive. When I arrived the dealership was extremely busy. Sales rep Craig, was able to get me in the vehicle right away even though he was working with another couple. He wasn't pushy and listened to what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I test drove. I had the pleasure of working with sales manager, Jadrian. He was fair, straight and to the point which made the process stress-free. Ray, the finance guy, was super nice and personable. I'll be purchasing my next vehicle from Berman of Infiniti without a doubt! Thank you all so much! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Update: Jadrian's remarkable customer service continues to exceed my expectations as he has gone above and beyond to assist me with an issue I'm having with my plates (not the dealership's fault - State of Illinois issue). Bunch of liars They originally made an offer online to purchase my used vehicle. I drove an hour to get there, and they ended up offering close to $2,000 less than t They originally made an offer online to purchase my used vehicle. I drove an hour to get there, and they ended up offering close to $2,000 less than they said. The woman that originally emailed me was rude in person, as she tried to make a scene by asking why I would question her offer. I told her by email that I didn't want to waste my time if they couldn't honor the price given online. Well that's exactly what happened. New sales person could not explain the price difference. I wasted a couple hours on the trip. I would never step foot in this busuness. Very deceptive practices. I recommend steering clear of this dishonest company. More

Life is Good I usually HATE dealing with car salesmen. But Steve Pickett changed all that. He found what I wanted...a 2016 Rubicon, low miles, and it still smells I usually HATE dealing with car salesmen. But Steve Pickett changed all that. He found what I wanted...a 2016 Rubicon, low miles, and it still smells new!! Steve actually had us laughing (a nice change from the dreaded "I have to talk to my manager" let's -make-a-deal scenario). I would go through him again in a heartbeat! My one and only gripe has nothing to do with Steve. I've had my jeep for over a month, and I'm STILL waiting for my title...a bit frustrating 😟 More
