Purchased a certified used Infiniti in 2015. They upcharge me after I got a quote online by $1,000. The car runs well but has got pretty rusted. I was recently in an accident and took the car in to replace the left rear quarter panel. I was told by the current shop that at some point prior to my ownership the Right rear quarter panel was replaced, and done very poorly. They state that it needs to also now be totally replaced. The VIN shows a clean record for the car and only one prior owner. When I contacted Berman I was told someone would follow up with me, but never recieved any contact. They try hard not to correct the issues and have poor customer service. More

I had an amazing experience with Erica! !!! I came in wanting to test drive the QX50 and the QX60 and the QX50 is my dream car!!! She was so patient and very helpful and I had a great conver !!!
