I took my pro master van in for an oil leak it was diagnosed in Kingman for a transmission leak they came up with a different diagnosis told me It would be $900 to repair the oil leak I did not have diagnosed in Kingman for a transmission leak they came up with a different diagnosis told me It would be $900 to repair the oil leak I did not have the repairs made but mysteriously the oil leak stopped was not leaking sense I got it back I do not believe there’s much honesty in the service department will not return thank you More
Took my Pacifica in for an oil change and tire rotation. Satisfied with the work done, however had an 8am appointment and didn't get out of there until around 9:45am. The service person I always dealt with is the best I have had give me the concise actions on what will be accomplished on my vehicle as well as how long it will take andthe approximate cost. Amazing Service Visiting Bullhead City from Canada with my 2018 RAM. Everything was working fine but went to start the engine and nothing at all. Didn’t seem to be a Visiting Bullhead City from Canada with my 2018 RAM. Everything was working fine but went to start the engine and nothing at all. Didn’t seem to be a battery issue but tried boosting anyway and nothing. Had AAA load the truck on their flat deck and take me to Swanty’s Dodge. It was a Wednesday afternoon about 4:30 pm and 100 degrees out. I was expecting a response that they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the next day (or later). Service Writer Debbie cheerfully greeted me and I explained my situation to her. She took my information and advised that they would get it off the flat deck and look at it right away. She took me to the customer lounge and pointed out where the cooler full of ice cold water was if I wanted some. Soon Jay the technician came in and asked several questions regarding the symptoms leading up to the truck not starting. Two more times Jay came in to update me on his progress of diagnosing the problem. Debbie was even ready to start getting a loaner vehicle ready for me. In about an hours time, Jay had replaced the ignition module AND performed a maintenance check on the truck which included topping up my DEF. I signed off on the warranty papers and they handed me the keys back. Never have I seen such an effort at positive customer service as what I experienced that day. A hot day in a foreign town with vehicle problems can really go sideways in a hurry but my experience was anything but. Thank you to Debbie and Jay and the Swanty’s management for your approach to customer service. More
Fast Friday Fix Ron and Jay were wonderful. We “limped” our truck in with what we thought was a bad fuel filter. The shop was very busy and shorthanded but they still Ron and Jay were wonderful. We “limped” our truck in with what we thought was a bad fuel filter. The shop was very busy and shorthanded but they still managed to find time for us. They were not able to use the computer to find out what was wrong so Jay had to search to find the problem. An hour or so later he determined it was faulty wiring from a previous repair. He repaired that replaced a broken part and tightened up our spare tire that had come loose. A total of 4 hours on a busy Friday afternoon was good time. Everyone at Swanty’s was really nice including other customers. We wandered the lot and salesmen came out to check on us. Truck is running great thanks to Jay and Ron. More
