I would NOT recommend purchasing a used vehicles from this dealer based on my horrible experience. The sales manager, Alan Cauble treated me extremely unprofessional when I expressed concerns over broken this dealer based on my horrible experience. The sales manager, Alan Cauble treated me extremely unprofessional when I expressed concerns over broken safety equipment with the used vehicle that I purchased from them about a month ago. A seat belt was ripped, the vehicle did not have the necessary lug nut wrench and spare tire removal equipment and the rear view, interior mirror was barely usable. I purchased the vehicle from several states away, traveled to this dealer to get the truck, and on the trip home I discovered all of these defects with the vehicle- all of which are safety related. When I complained, the sales manager raised his voice at me, was condescending, and totally unprofessional. If after reading my review, you are still considering purchasing a vehicle from them, I'd recommend that you have an independent third party person inspect the vehicle- especially the safety equipment. I purchased a used Dodge Ram truck from Swanty's. Because I was out of state, I had to rely on the salesman to describe the truck's condition to me via FaceTime and photos. I trusted the salesman to tell me I was out of state, I had to rely on the salesman to describe the truck's condition to me via FaceTime and photos. I trusted the salesman to tell me what the issues were with the vehicle. However, after I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that a back seat belt was heavily damaged with a number of partial cuts through the actual belt. Looked like an angry dog chewed it up. I'm sure it's no longer safe so I'll have to purchase a new one. In addition, the rear view mirror is extremely discolored and unsafe to use so I'll have to try and find a new one- which I assume will be very expensive because the backup camera image is located in that mirror. Both of these vehicle flaws should have been disclosed to me if the salesperson was thorough and honest. Very disappointing. More
