My family and I were driving from VA to a wedding in MA, in our 2017 GMC Yukon Denali, when we began experiencing problems with the brake system. We called Swanson Buick GMC from the road and spoke to Ken i in our 2017 GMC Yukon Denali, when we began experiencing problems with the brake system. We called Swanson Buick GMC from the road and spoke to Ken in the service department. Although they were fully booked and were heading into a holiday weekend, Ken agreed to take a look at our car. We dropped it off that evening and the car was fixed by late afternoon the next day. Ken and the entire service department were amazing. We cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond and keeping our family safe on our road trip. Thank you so much! More

I was in the market for a new GMC Sierra. The Swanson sales person was very helpful, they had the truck I was looking for. I took a test drive with the salesmen who demonstrated all the safety features sales person was very helpful, they had the truck I was looking for. I took a test drive with the salesmen who demonstrated all the safety features and new technology in the new style Sierra's. The sales manager looked at my trade and gave me a fair trade-in value. The salesmen was through too make sure I got all the rebates that applied. He even found a way for me to qualify for supplier pricing and saved me even more money. I would recommend Swanson Buick GMC Truck inc. to anyone looking for a new Sierra. The salesmen and managers were kind, helpful and honest. A great place to do business!! More
When we visited the dealership to purchase a preowned vehicle, we asked Mario a salesman, to call us with additional information. He promised to do so. He left a message without the info 3 days later. 2 vehicle, we asked Mario a salesman, to call us with additional information. He promised to do so. He left a message without the info 3 days later. 2 Days later we called him asking again. Mario said, "I am not even sure the car is available after all this time. I will have to get back to you later on today". 2 more days passed. On the third day, we called again because we really wanted the car. Mario said, "I'll call you back in 5 minutes." In other words, he still hadn't checked on the information we needed. When he called back later with the information, I then asked, "We're planning to buy the car. Will you and your manager sign a paper stating that we can have the use of another car if this car needs more than a day for service?." "Absolutely!" said Mario. "We provide transportation after 2 hours!" I asked again to make sure he understood. However, once we agreed to buy the car and had made out the check, he and Seth, the manager, suddenly would not sign the statement. They totally reneged on Mario's promise. The way we see it, we wasted a lot of time and wound up without a car. In the end, Seth rudely said in a curt, sarcastic tone: "Perhaps we can't do business with you. Have a NICE afternoon!" More
Have dealt with this dealership for many years and always considered the Service Dept top notch up until recently. Brought our vehicle that was recently purchased from them back to them for service within 2 considered the Service Dept top notch up until recently. Brought our vehicle that was recently purchased from them back to them for service within 2 weeks of owing it because it had issues. After a couple of hours they indicated they could not find the issues that we were having and we were told bring it too another dealer because it is under warranty. Well I did just that and the other dealer found the issues within less than an hour, the other dealer addressed the issue, ordered the parts to correct the issues and fixed my car! I'm pretty disappointed with Swansons Service dept at this point after being long time customers of their's. Appears they didn't not want to address the issues and passed it off to someone else. Also I would suggest that if you decide to purchase a used vehicle from them, that you take it another mechanic and or service dept and have it checked out. Our vehicle had less than 20,000 miles on it and was 1 yr old and these issues should have been caught if the vechicle had been fully checked out before putting it up for sale. More
This Dealership is unlike any other I shopped at. Absolutely no pressure, they didn't even ask me for my phone number after I looked at a used truck. They are a little behind on technology by having a runner go to the DMV instead of having it done in house. I am very pleased with my overall experience and I usually dislike car dealerships.
