I have no doubt the sales man Javier knew about the damage, but since making money is better then a person's safety on the road they decided not to tell me about the damage to the car. On the course of damage, but since making money is better then a person's safety on the road they decided not to tell me about the damage to the car. On the course of repairing the car the rear bumper was removed just to uncover that there is actually frame damage to the left back side of the trunk. It was poorly repaired and it looks awful with holes going from the inside of the trunk to the outside of the trunk and the way they fixed the damage looks even worst. Im pretty sure if I confront them about it they will be like we never knew about it, but how can a dealer buy a car for resale and not know if the car is fine or not? They are well aware of whats going on and they don't really care about their customers the reason why there is so many bad reviews online about them. Don't be fooled about their prices, just think about it why would a nice car be priced so low? I would suggest anyone to stay away from this place if you don't want to end up with a piece of crap like mines. Now the car is going to be worth less due to the fact that there is drama damage to the car. I just don't understand why it didn't show on the car fax when I bought the car, and why these places are allowed to sell unsafe vehicles??? Stay way people save your money and shop somewhere else. get your own car fax, again stay away, stay away please. you have been warned. More
Biggest mistake of my life thusfar has been purchasing a car from these lying pieces of dirt. They sold me a car that had been in a major front end collision and had "unibody" damage which means the frame w car from these lying pieces of dirt. They sold me a car that had been in a major front end collision and had "unibody" damage which means the frame was bent. The accident had never been reported but when the car went to auction they noticed it and then reported it. I bought the car a week after these jerks picked it up at auction and they NEVER said anything. It took 2 months for the car fax to update and report the frame damage. I truly hope these people have horrible things happening to them for being SO dishonest. Makes me sick. More
Less than a month after I purchased the car, I noticed noise coming from the front tire. I made an appt and took the day off of work to have it car fixed. The svc mgr said it was a ball joint that was dry noise coming from the front tire. I made an appt and took the day off of work to have it car fixed. The svc mgr said it was a ball joint that was dry and needed some grease, on the way home the noise returned. They then said I needed to replace the ball joint. I made another appt, and took another day off of work. When I picked up my car I drove about 5 feet in the lot and the noise came back. He told me that the technician hadn't test drove after fixing and he would "yell" at him. He took the car back in the shop for another 1.5 hrs, he said that the tech didn’t put enough grease in the part. The noise returned again about a month later. I brought the car to my mechanic to verify the problem. I was told that the left strut mount was broken, and that the right side strut mount is about break. He said the right side strut mount was covered in oil, which was used to mask the noise it was making. More
Do not deal with these people. They are dishonest. I was sold a lemon that broke down within 48 hrs. of leaving the dealership. They straight out lied when we purchased the car. They only gave us one was sold a lemon that broke down within 48 hrs. of leaving the dealership. They straight out lied when we purchased the car. They only gave us one key and said the other one was stuck inside the engine to power the automatic starter. We should have walked away then. The car totally broke down on the highway 2 days after leaving the dealership where it was supposedly given a complete check. They lied when we were trying to get our money back. Do not go there! This place is full of unethical scam artists and the worst one just happens to be the owner himself. I bought a car there two weeks ago and they messed up all the paperwork putting the wrong VIN number worst one just happens to be the owner himself. I bought a car there two weeks ago and they messed up all the paperwork putting the wrong VIN number on every paper i signed at the time of purchase. They sent me all new papers and while going through them i realized there was an extra charge of $500. I called to ask what it was about the the owner just screamed into the phone DEAL IS OVER...YOU SIGNED IT AND YOUR DAD WAS THERE....Ummm ok maybe i did sign it i signed alot of papers that day but i DONT remember this one and I DONT remember the 500 charge or the reason for it. Finally after several different calls they dropped the charge only because i told them that i called the number on the sheet and told them i did not want the service and that i did not sign the paper with correct information on it. Not only were they rude but they tried to scam me after i just spent all the money....My advice is dont do business with these people...CLEARY all they care about is making a quick buck....NOT A LIFELONG CUSTOMER!!!! I feel that this dealership is without a doubt the most dishonest, sleazy company I have ever dealt with. I went in and looked at a Toyota Sienna. I thought that the car was in pretty good shape, but had s dishonest, sleazy company I have ever dealt with. I went in and looked at a Toyota Sienna. I thought that the car was in pretty good shape, but had some dings and scratches and the middle seat passenger door would not open manually or electrically; the key fob was also missing. They agreed to fix the minor dings, etc, agreed to "find" the key fob and agreed to fix the door. I put a $500 deposit down and waited for them to contact me. After a few days of getting vague promises, my wife finally got in touch with them. They told her that their service department made a mistake and only fixed the door so it would work manually. They also told her that they had not fixed the dings yet and that they could send us the paint for us to do it. They then told her that the key fob would only cost a $40 and that we would have to come back to get it programmed; Toyota had told us it cost $125 for the key fob and $50 for the programming. When I called them to find out about the door, they told me "mistake" with the service dept and told me that they would give me the car as is and reduce the price by $300. When I suggested that they bring it down the street to Toyota, they told me that they were too busy to do that. In the same conversation, they told me that they would bring the car down to Toyota to get the key fob done. When I really pressed their manager, he told me that the door would cost over $1000 to fix, and that they would not do it. When I told them to return my deposit, which they had already cashed, they told me that I had to wait 10 business days to get my money back. When I told them I thought that that was criminal, the thug manager told me "if you want your money you can shut up now or go get a lawyer". This is one classy organization. I only wish I had found this review site before I went!! More
I've been to several dealerships in my life and this was far and away the worst experience I've had with any of them. The advertisment on the vehicle stated that I would receive a free navigation system. far and away the worst experience I've had with any of them. The advertisment on the vehicle stated that I would receive a free navigation system. When I got there, I was told that they had sold out of them. I had purchased the vehicle anyhow. We agreed on a price, I got a loan through a bank, had the vehicle insured, had a Purchase and Sales agreement SIGNED. I went back to the dealership to pick up the vehicle when I was told that they would not make the deal unless I gave them an additional $1,000. I was obviously furious and refused to do business with them. I have since purchased a vehicle from someone else. My insurance company told me that I needed voided paper work from Suzuki of Lynnway in order to prove that I did not in fact purchase the vehicle so that I would not get charged for having two vehicles on the road. Jackie refused to send over the paperwork, stating that because I was not buying a car from him, he had no motivation to do anything for me. I was hung up on twice. This dealership is a completely sleezy operation and I dissuade anyone from doing business with them unless they would like to be lied to and have a long, painstaking ordeal happen. More
I looked at cars yesterday. They advertised an Suzuki Aereo SX AWD for $16,276. The told us they didn't have it in stock but they could get it in a day or two from another dealer. (Then why did you adver Aereo SX AWD for $16,276. The told us they didn't have it in stock but they could get it in a day or two from another dealer. (Then why did you advertise the one you didn't have?) Today we went to buy it and the sales guy told us not only can't they get the car, but there's only one in New England, it's white (not silver) and it will cost $1,000 more. Call me crazy, but isn't that a bait and switch? Advertise a car at one price to get you in and then try to sucker you into buying a more expensive car? When I asked when the advertised car sold they said "two months ago." When I told the manager I was going to call the Attorney General's office, all of a sudden he was going to give me the white car at the advertised price. He kept yelling "do you want the car or not?" He kept getting angry when I said "no, I want the car you told me you had yesterday." These guys are pretty sleazy. If you don't have the car, just tell me. But don't jerk me around by trying to get me to buy the same car in a different color for $1,000 more. More
