The young lady who waited on was very gratious. I especially appreciated that a drop off and pick up service was offered. Even though it was not needed this time because I had a ride. My service adviser was really unprofessional on give me back my truck. I brought it there in a reasonable amount of time early in the morning. And then he called me about 3:30pm and told me my truck is not back my truck. I brought it there in a reasonable amount of time early in the morning. And I've been going to that dealership for many years about a decade already and some. More

I just paid $1300. 00 for diagnose that did not fix the problem. Nor did the Tech take to make sure the problem was fixed. Nor did the service rep check to see if the pr 00 for diagnose that did not fix the problem. Nor did the Tech take to make sure the problem was fixed. Nor did the service rep check to see if the problem was fixed. Now I paid an additional $250 to order parts which still may not fix the problem. I am very disappointed that it will take up to 4 weeks to get parts in to fix a radio that was miss diagnosed and still may not fix my problem. The service is going down hard, I have spent a lot of money when this place used to be Capital Lincoln and Ford Dealership. Service Rep Erik making smart mouth comments need not be made especially when my car was there for 4 days out of 5 and still not fixed. He didn't want me to bring it back same day but I did because the problem wasn't fixed and he told me Tech was off at 3:30pm. They scratched up right front console instead of using a plastic white stick to remove the covering, it would not have been damaged. I currently waiting until parts come in. More
