Water Pump went out on my Taurus. I Knew 2 other people that had same issue. The cost of this repair over $3K due to water pump in engine. This is poor design. The dealer offered no compensation and seemed offended when I questioned the cost. I had came back due to engine light coming back on. They charged additional $1k another part in the engine. Again they seemed offended I questioned the cost. I walked away without the repair but not before they charged me $200 just for the diagnostics. More

Everyone is pleasant and friendly. I brought my car in because of a recall notice, and I was told it would take 2-3 hours. In reality it took 6 hours. The only other problem was that the windows were covered with finger/hand prints. Ordinarily I wouldn’t really mind but I had just washed them all. Overall Sutton Ford is a pleasure to work with! I called Melissa about the recall and she told me they could take care of it when I came for the oil change. It was not taken care of and I waited 2 hours for my oil change because of it. My truck brakes could take care of it when I came for the oil change. It was not taken care of and I waited 2 hours for my oil change because of it. My truck brakes should of been looked at with the works oil change and my brakes are still squeaking, and there were no notes about my brakes on the paperwork. The customer service I received from the guy that checked me in was awesome but my overall experience terrible. I wasted over 3 hrs of my day for an oil change. More

I am not particularly fond of the service manager, Brian, as he was very abrupt and condescending to me after my third trip to service for the same thing; however after going on a road run with a mechanic na as he was very abrupt and condescending to me after my third trip to service for the same thing; however after going on a road run with a mechanic named Freddy May he explained that my complaint, which I described as a rubbing/grinding noise, was what I was originally told - “choppy tires”. His detailed explanation convinced me to consider having my tires evaluated AGAIN. I have since purchased a new set of tires per the new examination of my tires and Mr May’s recommendation. Everyone that I spoke with concerning this noise was considerate and seemed honestly concerned with the exception of the service manager. More
