my name is luis Gonzalez but the vehicle is under Roberto Terrazas (my boss) the vehicle that was worked on is my work vehicle. my phone # if you would like to reach out to me is 708-882-5805. The issue was not with the service that was done to my vehicle but with scratches to the hood of the vehicle, I called Sutton and told the operator she told me I would have to talk to the service manager who transferred me to no one answered so I left him a message but, I never received a callback.

No, just an excuse to not rotate tires. The weather was not freezing to have “swollen lug nuts”. Besides, how are $360.00 replacement nuts gonna be the answer?
