I took my car in for the auto butler service and a young man by the name of Jordan was introduced to me as the technician who would service my car. I had problems with the auto butler service on prior occasions, so I was a bit concerned about the service. While waiting for my car, Jamie Vasquez assured me that I'd be happy with the care given to my car. I could not believe my eyes, my Ford Edge looked show room gorgeous! This is the kind of service I expect and usually get at Sutton Ford. I even received compliments on the drive home from people asking me what year my Edge was and how great it looked. I have always owned a Ford and purchased all my vehicles from Sutton. Way to go Team Sutton. More

Melissa is our service rep.... she is knowledgeable The service and courtesy we receive from the service department is without a doubt the best ever. She also goes above and beyond with her personal handwritten thank you notes she puts in the car when service is completed. We have never had another dealer ever do that and it is greatly appreciated. It just show how much she cares for her customers. More

Tire problem or so I thought I have a 2017 Focus and brought my car in for what I thought was a tire problem. It turned out that my car needed a new clutch (never knew automatic I have a 2017 Focus and brought my car in for what I thought was a tire problem. It turned out that my car needed a new clutch (never knew automatic transmission cars had a clutch). So took it in Friday morning and was told it might be ready that day but probably not until Monday, which turned out to be the case. I worked with Dave who was great. I had a secondary issue with the radio which they checked out also. I do wish that Sutton had loaner cars. I was given a ride home and picked up on Monday to get my car. Dave told me that Ford will only pay for a one day rental so I didn't rent a car. In hindsight I should have perhaps seen if I could have brought it back on Monday and had it done in one day. The car runs great but tightening the antenna did not work so Dave will replace the antenna. My experience with Dave was great which is why I gave I five stars and the loaner/rental issues are out of his control. More
