Awsome Service for my Lincoln Car battery was acting up. Had to jump car to start every day. I called Sutton and made an appointment for next day. Same issue different cause I brought my 2014 Ford escape in November 17th because my engine overheated after running for 10 minutes via the auto start. Took it in for service, w I brought my 2014 Ford escape in November 17th because my engine overheated after running for 10 minutes via the auto start. Took it in for service, was reported a fractured heater hose. Not covered under power train warranty so was $800 (repair&rental). Two weeks after that repair, truck prompted coolant level very low and service needed. Brought in, service said nothing wrong with truck, "turned off" prompt and told me it was safe. This week, after 10 minutes of running via remote start, engine overheated. Service says my battery is low and sensor hub is malfunctioning. Quoted me 500 for the repair, of course not covered under warranty and rental not included. Asked to speak with manager, left a message. Service dept calls back hours later and ask if manager has called back. They had not. Service on the sensor hub and rental is comped but had to pay for battery. Easily the 15th time something like this has happened to me with this truck they sold me in 2016 as a certified pre-owned vehicle. It's unsafe and they know that. And their service is constantly "fixing" it but it's never actually ran more than 5 months without being in their service department for major repair. Either they are incompetent on how to fix their products or they aren't actually fixing anything and charging me hundreds of dollars for a false service, or they sold me a defective product that's unsafe and unpredictable from the beginning. In any of those scenarios, they are unequivocally wrong and unfit to be selling or servicing vehicles at this dealership. I hope and pray sincerely that nothing happens to me or the cars in the vicinity when this unsafe vehicle malfunctions and I am unable to control it due to poor service. More
