KEEPING ME MOVING When the temp dropped to -50 my poor little Edge just couldn't start. I called a friend for a jump and then called Melissa LeBran, my service advisor When the temp dropped to -50 my poor little Edge just couldn't start. I called a friend for a jump and then called Melissa LeBran, my service advisor and asked if I could bring my car in to get a new battery and have it checked out. As always, I was in/out within minutes, new battery, tires checked and rolling again.
