Poor customer service I was highly disappointed with the poor service received using the shuttle. I was misinformed on several instances that the shuttle would be on its wa I was highly disappointed with the poor service received using the shuttle. I was misinformed on several instances that the shuttle would be on its way and it was not. No communication was initiated by the company to explain the issues, instead I had to continue to call the office to inquire about the delay in service and was not given a definitive explanation until 2 hours later. I received no apology or compensation for the poor customer service, the lack of efficiency and consideration. It was very upsetting and frustrating as it caused delays in my personal plans. More
Auto Butler Dropped my Explorer off for the Auto Butler. When I picked it up I noticed it was not done properly. The outside looked great but the inside was hastily done. The seats where not polished/buffed. Windshield was only cleaned on drivers side. When I told the customer service, they told me I could bring it in and they would fix it while I wait. Which I haven’t done yet but will when I have another day available. More
Not happy Overall just not happy with my experience with the service department. I took my car in because the tire was loosing air rapidly and I had to keep fil Overall just not happy with my experience with the service department. I took my car in because the tire was loosing air rapidly and I had to keep filling it up every few days. I was told there was a nail and they had patched the hole. I work 6 days a week and getting to Sutton is difficult with my schedule. I spend a great deal of time driving for work and driving several hours away alone. When I left Sutton last, my tire was supposed to be fixed. I drove to Bolingbrook for work and had a very bumpy ride. When I pulled over, my wheel was crooked. By this time, the service department was already closed for the weekend. I had to take my car to a mechanic who verified the wheel was crooked and had to remove it just to fix it. Two of the lug nuts were stripped and the wheel was forced back on. The mechanic was able to remove the lug nuts with some difficulty and put the wheel back on properly. When I take my car in for service, especially the dealer I bought it from, I don’t expect to have this type of issue. I have had nothing but problems every time I go in. I will not be returning to Sutton for service on my car. A shame since I bought my car from Ron and he's been nothing but helpful. More

Service for my daughters car Eric was awesome as usual!! He is always professional and courteous and the vehicle is always ready when he says it will be. But when I take my vehicle in when I have a problem that needs to be fixed I should no The service personnel are wonderful and do their job very well. But when I take my vehicle in when I have a problem that needs to be fixed I should not be charged a fee just to look what's wrong with your product. Repair prices are high enough to fix a vehicle that consumers have paid thousands of dollars for already. I have visited this service center several times and I have paid no less than $500 each time for products and service on my vehicle. I don't know if I can continue to pay that extra fee that's at least $200 or more and it does not go toward the cost of getting my vehicle fixed. You may not realize that runs a lot of business away from dealerships and they go to your other local automotive repair shops. More

Dissapointing I took my car in not knowing if the car will be able to be fixed under my extended warranty, when I found out it wasn't still had to pay $155.00 for t I took my car in not knowing if the car will be able to be fixed under my extended warranty, when I found out it wasn't still had to pay $155.00 for the diagnostic. The service department is a RIP OFF. Erick Buikema to me was not friendly tried to send me to another department when I was suppose to have an appointment with him, then another employee explained to me what was going on with my car which I appreciated and the other employee explained to me how my appointment was not even in the schedule which I appreciated as well. I will NEVER work with Erick Buikema again and hopefully my car will not have any more problems or I will be charged regardless even tho I PAY EVERY MONTH FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY!! More
