Charged for Nothing I am thoroughly disappointed with my appointment on Monday, July 1. I was seeking to know an estimate to replace the malfunctioning part for a diagnostic code I received. Yet, I was also told by Erik that even if I had/provided the diagnostic code it "wouldn't matter". However, the same diagnostic code I had was the same exact code stated on the visit summary. So in essence I paid Sutton Ford to tell me what I stated was already wrong with my vehicle. I was told by Cre via telephone that I wouldn't be charged due to not being notified of the inspection charge when making my appointment, and the other aforementioned information; however the transaction was still processed to my account. More

The Works (Oil change) Service Representative (Allen Taloff) seemed unknowledgeable at first, however, he got his act together after the service was complete. I had to go to Jillian to complete my service order. At the end, service performed on my vehicle was efficient. The price for an oil change with tire rotation is EXCESSIVELY HIGH, compared to other service providers. I usually let Ford service my vehicle exclusively, however, I think I'll shop around in the future. More

Took a chance I drive a Hyundai not a Ford. However, I haven't been happy with the service at Hyandai. I came to Ford and applied for quick Lane credit and replac I drive a Hyundai not a Ford. However, I haven't been happy with the service at Hyandai. I came to Ford and applied for quick Lane credit and replaced all 4 tires on my car. Air conditioning fix only lasted 2 days Monday June 24, 2019 After spending over $700 to have my air conditioning fixed on my 2016 Explorer, it lasted only 2 days. Once again, warm air blowi Monday June 24, 2019 After spending over $700 to have my air conditioning fixed on my 2016 Explorer, it lasted only 2 days. Once again, warm air blowing out of my vents. I was told I would need to leave my vehicle over night to ensure the air conditioning was fixed, as well as a recall fixed. Since I needed a vehicle that evening, I rented a car from Enterprise. A couple hours later my advisor called and said my vehicle would be ready by 4:00pm. Good thing I rented that other vehicle. Total waste of money. Once the air conditioning issue is resolved, I will not be returning to Sutton Ford for any service. More
