I am Sorry Millgodfather did not respond to my message left for him on July 30, 2019. After conducting a thorough investigation it was discovered Millgodfather was told due to a shortage of Technicians the week his vehicle was brought to the store, it would not be diagnosed for a week. Millgodfather chose to leave the vehicle after being given this information. I also wish I had the opportunity to discuss each line item diagnosed with Millgodfather, but because he did not respond to my request for an opportunity to dialog, I could not do so.
