I am truly disappointed at Sutton Ford. I came into quicklane for an oil change and vehicle check. But they missed so many things. The wait time was fine and the customer service was great. But when it was time to check out, I asked Jessica about my multipoint check sheet which she provided and went over with me. The technician found nothing wrong and checked everything as green. I found this hard to believe because it thought my brakes needed replacing. But she assured me that the technician would’ve definitely marked the areas that needed attention if need be. Well when I got home I searched for the multipoint sheet that I had completed at a different quick lane about 6 months ago and this sheet showed that attention was needed in multiple areas including my suspension which I expected because of noise I hear when going over bumps. So now I didn’t feel comfortable taking my vehicle back to Sutton ford, where I bought my vehicle and had to take it to a different ford location for servicing. When I called back to explain my concerns, Jillian was very helpful in trying to rectify the situation. More
Very disappointed with the service I received from the service writer and the technician. The tech didn’t reinstall parts so when I picked up my vehicle items were hanging from the bottom of the car causi service writer and the technician. The tech didn’t reinstall parts so when I picked up my vehicle items were hanging from the bottom of the car causing ride handling issues. The belly pan cover was missing which was causing another under bottom shield to hang (metal) as I drove route 30(Lincoln highway)you could hear it. I knew something was wrong. another driver flagged me down and told me there were sparks coming from under my car. So I pulled over and looked to see shield was missing and the metal component was hanging hitting the ground. I returned to the dealer And spoke to my service writer. the service writer Erik was very rude and condescending. when I returned asking about the missing splash shield, He proceeded to blame it on a previous collision (already fixed) that had nothing do with what happened with that shield. When he went to get the tech and he proceeded to say the same thing. I told them both the shield was on the vehicle prior to coming here for service where is it at? After walking the tech out to the vehicle and show him what I’m talking (I believe his name is Cody)about he he took my vehicle back into the shop and comes back and just so happens to find the missing parts in the trash so he reinstalled them and Cody’s exact words “were out of site out of mind”. I have never had such poor customer service ever! I will never have my vehicle repaired at this dealership again. I wanted to a purchase a new ford suv within the next month and this was going to be the first place I go but I wouldn’t even recommend anyone even purchase a car from here. More
