I just do not remember being told when I arrived about how long the service was going to be. I thought I heard 90 minutes, but I must have been mistaken. It would have helped to have been told to expect the emails to keep me informed of the status. as it is I found out later in the day that I had those status emails. should have been told to expect them. Poor communication and price gouging. Do not recommend. A repair we were quoted almost $2000 for at Sutton cost $500 at another local garage.
