My car was covered in bird xxxx. I was not properly explained any paper work by Melissa. If I knew getting my camera fixed would be $800 I wouldn’t even said anything. I've had my vehicle serviced at this dealership for the past 7 years and every time I bring it I leave with something worse than when I bought it there. My last service I came to have my car repaired and past 7 years and every time I bring it I leave with something worse than when I bought it there. My last service I came to have my car repaired and I was charged 900$ and they didn't repair it but when I came and picked it up none of my windows worked. Melissa (CSR) told me I was lying about my windows working because her mechanic who was unable to fix my car said it. She also told me that the reason they were unable to fix my vehicle is because the part that they needed was obsolete. I then proceeded to the Ford/Lincoln parts page on the internet and discovered that they had the part. They charged me 745 dollars for labor and I don't see anything they did besides messing up my windows. MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH SUTTON FORD HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR BRING ANY VEHICLE I HAVE THERE EVER AGAIN!!! More
