I find Sutton Ford service to be surprisingly competent, friendly and knowledgeable. I don't use the word "surprisingly" lightly. Since 1998 my wife and I have exclusively purchased Hondas at Planet Honda. friendly and knowledgeable. I don't use the word "surprisingly" lightly. Since 1998 my wife and I have exclusively purchased Hondas at Planet Honda. My last car was a 2004 Honda Ex coup with navigation. It was the last of 6 Hondas we purchased. One of the things I learned was to NEVER take my car to the dealer for service. The Honda dealer service was expensive often unnecessary and at times work was done to fix a problem that did not fix anything. I twice remember waiting for my car watching a customer complain to the service manager about how an expensive repair that the customer was told would fix the problem did not. Moreover, another expensive repair was needed before the original problem went away. I thought that the disgruntled customer was off base until the same thing happened to me. I have had 3 service experiences with Sutton Ford since I purchased my 2019 Ford Taurus last year I have found those who attended to me to be attentive and professional. I don't know what has happened in the years between my car purchases, but I am very happy with my Taurus, Sutton Ford and the new FordPass Rewards program I just joined. More
