The service team is excellent. Check in was fast and easy. The technician took extra time to diagnose the problems and gave an honest estimate of the repair. Not happy at all with Sutton Ford overall service, no loaner car, had to spend $50 for deposit on a Kia from Enterprise which my deposit still hasn’t been debited back. Ok service except I've been complaining about loose parts underneath vehicle was told it was felt and they would cut it off but it wasn't now I see loose felt when I look at vehicle very unsightly to me.
