Took vehicle in for software update and was told I had to replace the unit in vehicle because it was not working. Didn’t get a complete diagnosis of what they found was told had to buy new parts. A few days replace the unit in vehicle because it was not working. Didn’t get a complete diagnosis of what they found was told had to buy new parts. A few days late the vehicle was taken to a different dealership and they did the update and now my vehicle is ok. More
