It was a joke getting my car serviced, they were understaffed waited over a half an hour to get a ride home,then decided to check on my 100,000 dollar car and it was left in a back lot parked betwe understaffed waited over a half an hour to get a ride home,then decided to check on my 100,000 dollar car and it was left in a back lot parked between two cars ..I was furious I took my car before it got any dings and left!!!soon as the dealership asks you if you car the from them and you didn't you are treated bad getting warranty work done More

For most part I have received great service from Sutton Ford. Only glitch was the time it took me to get my complimentary car wash. I had to wait a half hour to get my car after my service was complete an Ford. Only glitch was the time it took me to get my complimentary car wash. I have been given the run around on my recent car problems. I was told to come in for an appointment early morning Wednesday 05/19/21 and I would have an appointment at 8:45am. When I got there, I wa problems. I was told to come in for an appointment early morning Wednesday 05/19/21 and I would have an appointment at 8:45am. When I got there, I was informed that I was not in the system for an appointment. After asking around and talking to the staff in Quick Lane who personally called me and told me to come in this particular day and time, I was then told it would take hours before my car would be seen. Very frustrating More
