I was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received from Sutton Ford. I brought my car in for the auto butler and when we picked it up it was dirty it look like it wasn’t cleaned and when we brought it from Sutton Ford. I brought my car in for the auto butler and when we picked it up it was dirty it look like it wasn’t cleaned and when we brought it to the attention to James he came out he looked at it and said yes this is a horrible job and if one of my guys would’ve done that I would be upset. I said well who worked on my car and he informed me that it was a day supervisor son who did the auto butler. My husband asked what is he 16 years old and was told no he’s 28. I would’ve thought the James would have spoke to his supervisor the next day stating that my car was not done properly but I guess when it’s a supervisor son you have to watch what you say. It doesn’t speak well for your dealership when you’ve paid a good amount of money for this particular service and it was done very poorly. I could not leave my car to have it done the next day because I have a job and I need my car for that job so I could not leave it once again to be done properly. The ironic thing was is when I drop my car off that Tuesday there was an older couple outside looking at their Lincoln SUV that supposedly was auto butler and it looked terrible they were so upset. They said they come all the way from Crownpoint Indiana. I told them just go in and explain they are really good with customer care. After seeing my car I realize that they don’t care about customer care. To say I am extremely disappointed is putting it lightly. Maybe they should talk to the daytime supervisor and son about how customer service works. More
