I came in for a battery change. Work was done quickly. Car runs much better. Unhappy with recall work though. Had an appointment which was canceled . Was told parts were on Backorder. I called Thursday before the 4th with a thumping sound while driving coming from the right rear passenger area. Melissa asked if I was okay getting the car back in 2-3 days? I agreed brought the car in , left it and got a ride to work. By 3:30 pm Melissa called to say the bolt found in the tire had been removed. Tire had been repaired, did not need to be replaced and after applying rewards my cost was $23.70!!!! I was delighted to have my car repaired in record time before the holiday and at an incredible price!! Love Sutton Ford and their Service Department More
