This rating has to do with the mechanics in the back. They do a half xxx job. I don’t know what they consider an oil change but they didn’t change my filters, which were very dirty. They didn’t tell me that my battery was weak and I don’t believe they pulled the battery out to clean the negative post. I came back in and purchased 4 tires. At that time, because I mentioned that my car hardly started the next day, is when they said I needed a new one. They also mentioned that I need connectors for the battery in which I didn’t. I don’t like going to that service center because we never have interaction with the mechanics. They can say and not do whatever they want and don’t have to explain anything to the customers. As for the front desk people they don’t know much either. I’m in the Ford Pass program. I spent over $900 in the Quicklane. When I went to check my points I had 0. More

Service was okay, although the techs at first kept trying to say the windshield people should do it. But the job got done. Billing was okay, but a discount for AAA got left off.
