He is very professional and has excellent customer service skills. He was tremendously patient with with us. Not only did Gonzalo help translate for my parents with all the details on their new Ford Escape, but he then helped them in the financing department as well. He definitely goes above and beyond his job responsibilities. To this day he continues to be a huge help and we are very grateful for all his hard work. Without a doubt, I would defiantly recommend not only this dealership to friends and family, but I would highly recommend Gonzalo and Ryan as sales consultants. More
