Shopping for a car is a harrowing event, however, I was lucky enough to have a courteous and knowledgeable salesman in Ron Eng. My Sync had not connected properly to the contacts in my phone. I thought I was going to have to go back on Monday to have it reprogrammed. However, Gonzo in less than 5 minutes had my contacts synced. So overall, it was a hassle free friendly experience. From Ron to Gonzo, Linda and the management team...they were all great! I was very disappointed when I walked in to a Ford Dealership in Orland park, no one spoke with me. I actually sat in a car on the dealer floor and still no one came to speak, so I left.
