My experience at this car dealership was nothing short of wonderful and it was all due to Ron Eng. His customer service skills were so welcoming and he made us feel like he was doing what was in our best in wonderful and it was all due to Ron Eng. He was very detailed in explaining the terms of the contract and the tons of other paperwork that comes along with a sale. He made sure we understood everything before moving forward to the next thing. We did not feel like he was just rushing through to get a sale. He basically held our hand throughout the entire process and we cannot thank him enough for that. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone!
